For the Delicious Candy Auto (DS3), we first had to set up an automatic line each for the Original Cheese and our Caramelo. When this was successful, we merged the Cheese Auto and the Caramelo Auto into the Delicious Candy Auto. This means that this hybrid is a third generation automatic plant that is significantly more efficient in growth and production.
The Delicious Candy Auto can reach a relatively high height of up to 100 cm, but does not lose any of its compact and robust stature. We recommend germinating the seeds directly in the final pot size to avoid repotting in bloom or premature blooming due to lack of space. The substrate should be water retaining and the pots should have drainage.
Pot sizes of 7 l have proven themselves for indoor cultivation. In it, the Delicious Candy Auto grows to its full size and develops a large main flower, which is flanked by numerous nuggets on the side shoots.
In outdoor cultivation or in larger pots, the plants spread a little more and develop more side shoots. Given the right amount of sunlight and a good fertiliser, the buds on these side shoots swell to considerable size and are more than just the usual accompaniment to the main bloom.
Immediately after flowering, Delicious Candy Auto produces copious amounts of resin, coating the buds with a thick, sticky layer. The flowers exude an intense smell of liquorice and spices such as pepper.
The effect is typically Indica and is purely physical with a slight cerebral stimulation just enough to keep you from falling asleep when you don't want to. The Delicious Candy Auto brings with it a high potential for relieving pain and difficulty falling asleep. This, coupled with the muscle-relaxing effects, makes this a medicinal strain of choice when high levels of CBD are to the fore.
