The Sugar Black Rose (DS27) is undoubtedly one of the tastiest Indicas we've ever tasted. It is the result of the crossing of our Critical Mass and the invaluable 1998 Black Domina, which carries all the characteristics of the "Domina" phenotype.
In indoor cultivation, the plant remains short and compact on request. If you would like to get a little higher you have to plan for a bigger pot, a bit more space to the sides and a few days more vegetation. When grown outdoors in large pots or directly in the ground, however, the Sugar Black Rose reaches an impressive size. The side branches are unusually long and sometimes reach to the top of the headbud, which guarantees an optimal supply of light, which in turn ensures large, compact flowers on the side shoots.
Due to this unusual form of growth, the plant takes on an almost round or at least oval shape reminiscent of typical hemp plants - an invaluable advantage if the plant grows up in the garden but should not attract attention.
The flowers surround themselves with a fruity-sweet aroma reminiscent of mandarins. The taste is similar to the ripe grapes and flowers. That subliminally resonates a Skunk note makes the Sugar Black Rose only more interesting for lovers of fine taste.
The effect of the smoke sets in immediately and lasts for a very long time. It is almost narcotic and puts the body in a state of deep relaxation very quickly. By stimulating the psyche at the same time, we believe the Sugar Black Rose is a good strain for medical use.
